GRACE CAN HELP
GRACE provides assistance to those who are suffering from chronic low income or those who have experienced a recent emergency. If you need help, you’ve already taken the first step.

Food Pantry
The Client Choice Food Pantry provides a wide variety of food options for families and individuals experiencing food insecurity.

Emergency Assistance
This program provides food, clothing, toiletries, household goods, financial assistance, and referrals to those in need.

Community Clinic
The GRACE Community Clinic is a medical home for uninsured families that do not have access to traditional health care.

Mentorship Housing
This program allows individuals and families the stability, comfort, and safety of their own residence for up to two years while they work or attend educational opportunities towards self sufficiency.

Friends & Family Program
GRACE Friends & Family connects seniors (age 55+) and individuals with disabilities to resources and volunteers in an effort to combat isolation and loneliness.

Seasonal Programs
GRACE Seasonal Programs, which include a summer feeding program, back-to-school efforts, and a Christmas Cottage, address various needs for children and families.
How do I get started?
If you are facing a financial crisis and reside within GRACE’s service area, we may be able to assist. GRACE offers both walk-in services and limited appointment slots to make the process as convenient as possible.
Please review all eligibility requirements, needed documents to bring with you, and other important information below before calling or visiting the GRACE main offices at 837 E. Walnut in Grapevine, Texas.
Am I eligible?
- At GRACE, we are dedicated to providing essential support to residents experiencing financial hardship in the heart of North East Tarrant County. Our service area covers a wide range of communities, including Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Keller, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Haltom City, Watauga, Westlake, Trophy Club, Roanoke, and select areas of Flower Mound (zip code 75022), Lewisville (zip codes 75028, 75067), and Fort Worth (zip codes 76040, 76177, 76244, 76137).
- While every effort will be made to provide referrals for services to households outside our primary service area, please note that these referrals do not guarantee assistance from the referred agencies.
- GRACE also serves homeless individuals and families within our service area who need assistance with housing leads and stability.

What do I need to bring with me?
When you visit GRACE, please bring the following items with you:

Proof of income including paycheck stubs (for the previous 30 days) for all working adults in the household

Current bank statement

Copies of all financial assistance (Food Stamps, TANF, Child Support, SSI, Social Security, Unemployment, Worker’s Comp, Disability, Retirement)

Driver’s license OR photo ID for all adults in the household

Birth certificate for each child in the household

Copy of current lease (complete) signed by tenant and landlord OR Residence Verification Form which is available in the office at GRACE

Current school registration or report cards for all school age eligible children

Any other document you feel helps explain your financial crisis

- Schedule an Appointment: Call 817-488-7009 or email us at clientservices@gracegrapevine.org to schedule an appointment with a GRACE Care Manager.
- Walk-In Services: If you cannot wait for an appointment, you may visit us as a walk-in at 837 East Walnut in Grapevine, Texas between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please note that walk-in wait times may vary.

Necessaria para recibir asistancia

- Registro escolar o tarjetas de reporte de notas de la escuela para todos los niños en su casa (para programas de temporada para niños)

CONTACT CLIENT SERVICES
Client Services is the primary entry point at GRACE for individuals and families facing financial challenges due to low-income or a recent emergency.
Caseworkers conduct in-depth assessments to determine client needs, develop individualized case plans, and connect clients with emergency assistance in the form of food, clothing, toiletries, household goods, and rent and utility assistance. Referrals are made as needed for ongoing services.
